Kozal Announced As New Many Mansions Board Member 

 

 

Thousand Oaks, CA (April 19, 2006) Many Mansions welcomes Kevin Kozal as the newest member of its Board of Directors. Kozal brings nearly 20 years of experience to the organization, practicing in the areas of real estate and land use since 1987.

 

Kozal has served with several non-profits including the Center for Healthy Aging, a non-profit corporation providing health screening and counseling services to senior citizens in Santa Monica, and the Loaves and Fishes program at St. Jude's Catholic Community in Westlake Village, where he currently volunteers.

 

He has served as the Vice president of Finance and Board Member for the Center for Healthy Aging, chairperson of the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Government Relations and Land Use Committee a member of the Malibu Chamber of commerce’s General Plan Task Force.

 

Kozal is currently a partner at Harding, Lamore, Mullen, Jakle, Kutcher & Kozal in Santa Monica, a law firm specializing in land use real estate, finance, estate planning and civil litigation.

 

A graduate of the University of Southern California, Kozal earned a Juris degree and master of business taxation degree in 1987.  In addition, Kozal has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, cum laude from Santa Clara University.
