Many
Mansions Receives Grants for Services and General Operations
Private Grant Funding Up 46% in Fiscal Year

Oaks, CA - June 7, 2007 -Many
Mansions has received $275,981
in private foundation support to date in the 2006-2007 fiscal year ending June 30th. The organization's recent
fund-raising efforts were marked by the successful closing
of their annual Summer Camp campaign where they received more
than $40,000 in private grants and donations. Grants from National Charity League,
the Employees Community Fund of Boeing California, and the Wachovia
Foundation were the latest charitable contributions received by Many
Mansions.
The
National Charity League, an
organization of mothers and daughters who provide service to the
community, generously donated $8,500 for Children Services which includes
support for Camp Many Mansions, the After-school Homework/Literacy
Program, Teen Club and new internship program.
The
Employees Community Fund
of Boeing California donated $3,000 to help support the
After-school Homework/Literacy Program. The Employees Community Fund
allows employees to partner in community causes by combining their
contributions from payroll deductions with the assets of the former
Douglas Aircraft Welfare Foundation to support local charitable
organizations.
The Wachovia Foundation granted Many Mansions $7,500 for general
operation expenses. World Savings, who has recently merged with Wachovia
Bank, has been a standing supporter of Many Mansions for several years.
