Berkovitz New Many Mansions Board Member

 

Thousand Oaks, CA (July 20, 2006) California Realtor and Businessman Paul Berkovitz recently joined the Many Mansions Board of Directors in June 2006.  A native of Boston, Massachusetts and long time resident of Rhode Island, Berkovitz brings over 22 years of business expertise to Many Mansions.

 

Before moving to Southern California in 2002, Berkovitz owned and ran a successful plumbing and heating company for over twenty years, before selling the company to Roto-Rooter Services Company.  He was soon retained by Roto Rooter to work as a Branch Manager and the Northeast Region Key Account Manager.

 

Paul Berkovitz recently joined Sotheby’s International Realty of Westlake Village in 2004.  He is licensed California Realtor and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

 

Berkovitz attended Brown University School of Continuing Education and completed their Certificate program in the Fundamentals of Management. He also attended Northeastern University where he studied courses in Building Principals and Design. He has attended outside seminars and trainings in Personnel Training, Competitive Selling and Performance Management.
