  Adult Services

Many Mansions provides Adult Services at all of our nine affordable housing properties.  In four of our properties, the Adult Services Program assists residents who were homeless and those who live with a physical, mental, or developmental disability.

The Adult Services Program is designed to provide all residents with services and resources needed to help them achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency.  Services include:

On-site case management
Job development
Resource referral
Financial education
Community activities

Adult Service Programs by Property:

Stoll House is a 10-unit transitional housing complex for single-parent families who have been homeless or are at risk of becoming so.  Stoll House is a transitional living, 12-month program that serves the unique needs of this resident population.

Esseff Village, Casa de Paz, and Richmond Terrace all have Supportive Housing unites serving homeless, disable and chronically mentally ill individuals.  Casa de Paz is in Simi Valley while the others are in Thousand Oaks.  Two have community rooms for resident activities.

Villa Garcia, Bella Vista, and Hacienda de Feliz are low-income apartment complexes that serve a mixed low-income population.  There is on-site case management support for any resident that may be in need of referrals or assistance.

Shadow Hills and Schillo Gardens are low-income apartment complexes that serve a mixed low-income population.  Case management support is available on an on-call basis.

In addition, Many Mansions collaborates with multiple local agencies and organizations to provide services to the homeless and disabled. Our case managers also refer residents to many other organizations for assistance.
