Otherwise, Many Mansions maintains a Housing Waitlist, that is currently open, to accept the Waitlist Intake Form for new families.
Families are listed according to the date and time their Waitlist Intake Form was received by our office. A government issued photo form of identification and a valid social security card will be required.
When we learn that appropriate apartments are coming available, Many Mansions invites families at the top of the list to submit Housing Applications.
Housing Applications that are properly submitted are first verified and then evaluated according to Many Mansions' Resident Selection Plan. All applicants are notified of the outcome in writing.
Successful applicants are required to submit security deposits and sign lease agreements.
