Cailan LU
Vice-President of Administrative/Finance

Cailan Lu, Vice-President of Administrative/Finance, has been working with Many Mansions since December 1999.  She started as a general ledger accountant and a year after she earned a promotion to Director of Finance. 

Cailan led the Finance department to meet various financial requirements and regulations for nine properties.  In July 2006, she earned another promotion to Vice-President of Administrative/Finance.

Before joining Many Mansions, Cailan was an accountant for Kaali Distributing in Canoga Park, California.  She worked as a sales specialist with MCI Telecommunications in Denver, Colorado before moving to Thousand Oaks in March 1997. Prior to moving to the United States in 1994, she owned her own business in Beijing, China.

Cailan has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Beijing, China, and an MBA from California Lutheran University.

She and her husband and their three children, Grace, Samuel, and Daniel reside in Dos Vientos Ranch.
