Substitute Teaching Assistant-

Many Mansions is seeking to generate a pool of qualified individuals to work in our Children Services Department.  The hours for this position are M-F 2-6 pm and additional hours during the summer.

Daily responsibilities include: assistance to children on homework assignments, verifying satisfactory completion of homework assignments, assisting with special projects, i.e. science fair etc., providing snack to all children attending, maintaining cleanliness of Community Room, insuring behavioral compliance with all children attending program, and addressing any unacceptable behavior.

This  position requires previous experience working with children.  Some ECE units are preferred.

Maintenance Coordinator-

Many Mansions is seeking to fill a Maintenance Coordinator position within our Property Management Department.

The Maintenance Coordinator is a split role with about 2/3 of the day under the direction of a Regional Manager where they will train other maintenance staff members on best practices, improve safety at each property, work with the Asset Management department in determining the best materials and vendors for the organization’s needs, help ensure the organizations inventory control system is adhered to, and aid in minor rehabilitation (under $250,000). The other about 1/3 the day will be under the direction of a Senior Community Manager where they will be responsible for the overall maintenance operations of an assigned community.


Community Manager-

Many Mansions is seeking to hire an experienced full time Community Manager in our Property Management Department.

The position shall follow specific procedures established by Many Mansions and the Vice President of Property Management to ensure housing units are rented, maintained, secured and vacated per contracted agreements.

This position requires on-site residency and requires previous experience as a resident manager.
