Teaching Assistant-

Many Mansions is seeking to full a part time position in our Children Services Department.  The hours for this position are M-F 2-6 pm and additional hours during the summer.

Daily responsibilities include: assistance to children on homework assignments, verifying satisfactory completion of homework assignments, assisting with special projects, i.e. science fair etc., providing snack to all children attending, maintaining cleanliness of Community Room, insuring behavioral compliance with all children attending program, and addressing any unacceptable behavior.

This  position requires previous experience working with children.  Some ECE units are preferred.

Lifeguard-

Many Mansions is seeking to hire a certified Lifeguard to work in our Children’s Program throughout the summer.    More information coming soon…

Senior Project Manager-

Many Mansions is seeking to a Senior Project Manager within our Housing Development Division.

The Senior Project Manager performs a wide-range of duties in Many Mansions’ affordable housing development program.  The Senior Project Manager’s primary duty is to develop new affordable housing projects (new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation) under the limited direction and supervision of the Director of Housing Development.

This position requires substantial education and/or experience in multifamily affordable housing development.  This includes, but is not limited to :

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in real estate, architecture, urban planning, business, public administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred); and

At least 2 years of experience in the field of affordable multifamily housing development. A post-graduate degree in a related field can be substituted for work experience.  Advanced degree is highly desirable.

Resident Manager-

Many Mansions is seeking to hire an experienced full time Community Manager in our Property Management Department.

The position shall follow specific procedures established by Many Mansions and the Vice President of Property Management to ensure housing units are rented, maintained, secured and vacated per contracted agreements.

This position requires on-site residency and requires previous experience as a resident manager.
