Eric Rhodes, Jr.
Vice President of Property Management

Eric Rhodes Jr. is a Vice President of Property Management for Many Mansions.  He was promoted to Division Supervision after serving for two years as On-Site Resident Manager for multiple Many Mansions properties.  He currently oversees the Property Management team, who manage programs such as Low-Income Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8, HCD/HOME, MHP and SHP. 

Eric, a native of Kentucky and ardent supporter of the “University of Louisville Fighting Cardinals," relocated to California in 2001 to continue his passion of providing quality, well-managed, respect-based affordable housing to families of low income in a region with severe need.  He brought six years of affordable housing knowledge through his experience in several positions with New Directions Housing Corporation non-profit affordable housing provider, with whom he worked from 1995 to 2001.
