Eric Rhodes Jr. is Vice President of Property Management for Many Mansions and currently oversees the Property Management Team responsible for the day-to-day management of Many Mansions’ housing communities including insuring compliance with regulatory programs such as Low-Income Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8, HCD/HOME, MHP, MHSA and SHP. 
Eric, a father of one and ardent supporter of the “University of Louisville Fighting Cardinals," relocated to California to continue his passion of providing quality, well-managed, respect-based affordable housing to families of low income in a region with severe need.  He brought six years of affordable housing knowledge through his experience in several positions with New Directions Housing Corporation [a non-profit affordable housing provider] where he served the Louisville community from 1995 to 2001.”
