Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation Budget: Approx. $350,000

Started Rehabilitation: July 6, 2009

Scope of Work: Replaced roofs, balconies, patios, windows (dual paned), window blinds, sliding glass doors (dual paned), bathtubs, carport beams, carpet, VCT, counter tops, vanities, sinks, toilets, stairs, site lighting, A/C’s, heaters, landscaping, and walkways; installed sewer cleanouts, irrigation and security cameras; removed lead, asbestos, and mold; fumigated; painted interior and exterior; and built an office with a fully accessible restroom for on-site services
