Many Mansions currently manages 9 multi-family apartment complexes; 8 in Thousand Oaks and 1 in Simi Valley. We have been able to acquire and construct our properties through the support of multiple partners, including but not limited to: the City of Thousand Oaks, the Local Initiative Support Corporation, and the Home Investment Partnership Program. Once acquired or constructed, our properties are supported by federal, state, and local governments as well as through individual donations, and private foundations. 

With this support, Many Mansions can provide well managed and attractive properties for our residents. We have been able to rehabilitate many of our properties from dilapidated buildings, into desirable residences; we have 410 units that house more than 1,000 individuals, 200 of whom are children. 

In addition to providing a pleasant, affordable home, our properties also offer on-site Children and Adult Services to our residents including case management, job training, financial education, homework literacy tutoring, and a children's summer camp. Please see the services section of this web site for more information.
