In addition to affordable housing, Many Mansions' Children and Adult Services programs provide life-enriching programs to our residents under the Services Department. It is Many Mansions' hope that these services will help residents break free from the cycle of poverty and become self sufficient members of our community.
The role of the department is to provide programs for the resident adults and children of Many Mansions and within these programs to encourage and develop clients’ self-esteem, interpersonal relationships and their senses of pride and achievement in them. As part of our responsibilities we encourage safety in all activities, we act as mentors, guides and good examples to our clients. As mentors and guides we help them to learn that they are responsible for their choices, we guide them to make informed decisions and take the responsibility for the wrong choices made in a safe and nurturing way. We are responsible for providing programs that are educational, beneficial and consistent for all clients and this support is within the educational and personal realms.

Many Mansions’ Services Division provides programs and opportunities for adults and children living in Many Mansions’ housing.
