Mr. Russell oversees the Real Estate Division. He is responsible for all affordable housing development, asset management, and business development. He earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, an M.B.A. from California Lutheran University, and completed the Ross Program in Real Estate at the University of Southern California.
