Henry Montalvo is currently a Sales Executive at Red Wing Shoe Company, bringing 30 years of experience in the apparel and footwear industry, with a notable career at companies like Nordstrom, The May Company, and Haggar Clothing Co. In addition to his professional achievements, Henry serves as a current Regional Director of the California Democratic Party, has previously chaired the Ventura Democratic Party, and holds the position of President of the Democratic Club of the Conejo Valley. Henry is dedicated to his community, serving on the City of Thousand Oaks Community Funding Review Committee, the TO Arts Advisory Board, and is active with Adelante Comunidad Conejo and Buen Vecino. As a first-generation college graduate, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from California State University, Los Angeles.
