HOUSING SUCCESS
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
Guaranteed Rent – Ongoing Support
Long-Term Housing Stability
The Housing Success Partnership is a Ventura County-wide initiative to expand permanent housing opportunities for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Many Mansions will administer the program in partnership with Gold Coast Health Plan, Kaiser Permanente, and Ventura County Behavioral Health Department.
The program starts with the premise that stable housing is essential for improved health. It provides rent subsidies and coordinated support services for eligible individuals during times of critical transitions, such as exiting recuperative care facilities, the child welfare system, interim housing, or homeless shelters.
The Housing Success Partnership is built on trusted relationships with local landlords and property managers—creating stable homes for tenants and reliable rent income for property owners.
WHY THIS MATTERS
With decades of experience providing housing and services to vulnerable populations, Many Mansions was selected to administer this program in Ventura County. The Housing Success Partnership significantly expands our ability to respond to housing needs—connecting more people to stable homes while deepening partnerships with local property owners and service providers.
HOW IT WORKS
The program is funded through California’s CalAIM and other State and County initiatives and includes the Transitional Rent benefit, followed by other rent subsidies. Together, the program provides a long-term housing subsidy — giving tenants and landlords confidence that rent will be paid and stability sustained.
- Guaranteed, timely rent payments: CaCalAIM and other funds are used to subsidize rent for qualified participants, reducing barriers to housing access.
- Ongoing tenant support services: Coaching on lease responsibilities, skills training, and early interventions when housing challenges arise.
- Consistent and responsive landlord support with a direct, single point of contact.
- Strong coordination with healthcare and behavioral health partners.
HOW IS ELIGIBILITY DETERMINED
The Housing Success Partnership Program serves individuals and families who are Medi-Cal members and eligible for the Transitional Rent CalAIM benefit. Gold Coast Health Plan and Kaiser Permanente conduct the initial screening and refer members to Many Mansions. To review the eligibility requirements and download a referral packet, please contact:

A FOCUS ON LONG-TERM HOUSING STABILITY, NOT SHORT-TERM PLACEMENTS
By pairing housing with professional case management and enhanced care, the program promotes long-term housing success. We assist tenants to stabilize, remain housed, and move forward—while supporting safer, healthier communities.
