Founded in 1979, Many Mansions got its start as a rental assistance program. Today, Many Mansions provides permanent affordable rental housing to 1,900 residents (including 450 children), across twenty-one communities. By January, 2025, we expect to serve 2,300 residents across twenty-four communities.
Housing paired with services that enrich the lives of our residents is vital to our blueprint of success where 95% of our residents remain stably housed and 90% of our resident youth graduate from high school. All residents have access to free, on-site services, from after-school tutoring to easy access to food pantries, to working with a Case Manager to help ease the transition out of poverty and homelessness, to name just a few, are made possible through the generous support of donors, foundations, and corporations.
