Neelima Firth leads her own consulting company focused on startup medical device companies seeking to understand healthcare reimbursement. She has worked with companies to develop strategic and business plans. She has lived in Westlake Village since 1997 when she joined Amgen where she worked for 16 years. She has served on many boards including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County. Neelima earned her BSc in Information Science from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK and her MBA from Pepperdine University.
