Many Mansions partners with local landlords to make stable housing possible for vulnerable Ventura County residents. As a provider of housing to over 2,000 people, we understand your needs as a landlord. We stand beside you every step of the way — to reduce risk, streamline communication, and promote successful tenancies.
The program is designed to support long-term tenancy. Prospective tenants are approved for rent subsidies through Transitional Rent — a Medi-Cal benefit — only once additional long-term subsidies are in place. Our goal is housing stability — for residents and landlords alike.
