Planned Giving is a way to support Many Mansions in the future through arrangements you make today.

For more than 45 years, Many Mansions has worked to envision a vibrant, inclusive community, where everyone has access to affordable housing and the support needed to thrive. We look ahead to the next 45 years of working with you to ensure everyone has a place to call home and an opportunity to improve their quality of life.

A gift to Many Mansions in your will, trust, or other plans will ensure that the most vulnerable members of our community are provided homes and have hope through quality housing, service, and education.

There are several ways to include a gift to Many Mansions in your will or living trust:

• You can leave a small percentage of your estate—even a small percentage will make a big difference!
• You can leave a defined sum to Many Mansions.
• You can leave a percentage of funds left over after other gifts and debts are paid and your loved ones are provided for.
• You can make a secondary or contingent gift that comes to Many Mansions only if gifts to beneficiaries cannot be fulfilled.
