Executive Vice President
Dalit serves as Many Mansions’ Executive Vice President, overseeing the strategic growth of the organization’s Adult Services, Youth Programs, and Resource Development divisions. Her responsibilities include social services program development and implementation, community engagement, individual and institutional fundraising, and public relations. Dalit joined Many Mansions in 2021. Prior to joining the organization, Dalit served for 12 years as the Executive Director of a youth development nonprofit, where she developed a deep expertise in organizational development, systems evolution, and capacity building in service of community impact.
