Senior Vice President of Asset & Risk Management
Ellen Muscarella is the Senior Vice President of Asset & Risk Management, where she provides strategic oversight and ensures the long-term sustainability of the organization in support of its mission. Ellen’s path to affordable housing began as a volunteer with Many Mansions, working directly with residents—an experience that inspired her to pursue a career in the field. She later brought her corporate finance background to strengthen financial stewardship and risk management. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Taxation from California State University, Northridge, is an active mentor with the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN), and is a member of Rotary International
