Another way to volunteer at Many Mansions is to participate on one of our many Committees . We have the following Committees and workgroups:
|Audit Committee||An independent committee to review the selection of the third-party auditor, to review the financial audit of Many Mansions, and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors.||Periodically|
|Fund Development Committee||A committee focusing upon the fundraising activities of Many Mansions (e.g., grants, donations, and special events)||Monthly|
|Housing Development Committee||A committee focusing upon Many Mansions’ affordable housing development program.||Monthly|
|Property & Asset Management Committee||A committee focusing upon Many Mansions’ property management, facilities management, and asset management at its managed properties.||Every two months|
|Risk & Contingency Workgroup||A workgroup focusing upon known and unknown risks which could negatively impact Many Mansions and its operations.||Quarterly|
|Services Committee||A committee focusing upon Many Mansions’ residential services programs, including its children’s programs and adult programs.||Every two months|
|Innovation & Technology Workgroup||A workgroup focusing upon all aspects of technology and innovation which affects Many Mansions and its operations.||Monthly|
