Community Manager for 51 Tax Credit units in Thousand Oaks, California
Many Mansions is looking for an experienced community manager for an apartment complex providing supportive services in Thousand Oaks, California. To be successful, the ideal candidate will be familiar with Affirmative Fair Housing regulations and Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action policies, including federal, state, regional property and local governing agency requirements. The candidate will have a minimum of five years (5) property management experience, working with in-house case management staff, and be familiar with California landlord/tenant laws, Fair Housing, VAWA, and tax credit/affordable housing.
There is a preference for a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) candidate with YARDI property management and Microsoft Office experience.
This position is full-time and includes a 2BR apartment, salary, health and welfare benefits, 403(b) retirement plan, PTO and holidays.
