When you give a financial gift to Many Mansions, you are providing well-managed, affordable housing and life-enriching services to low-income families in Ventura County.  Your generosity helps support summer camp for the children, job development for the formerly homeless, the Homework Literacy Club, emergency rental assistance, and so much more.  But perhaps most important, you are providing hope to those most in need in our community.

Annual Giving
Your regular, yearly gift enables Many Mansions to continue our efforts to provide well-managed, affordable housing and life-enriching services each year.  It is important to know that your ongoing generosity will assist us in our work each year.

Planned and Major Giving
Long-term estate and financial planning allow you to make a substantial contribution to Many Mansions while benefiting your personal financial goals and objectives. There are many ways to successfully plan for your future while ensuring a healthy future for Many Mansions and our residents.  Take the opportunity to speak with your financial planner about ways to help.

Endowment Giving
The Many Mansions Endowment Fund, managed through the Ventura County Community Foundation, exists to provide perpetual funding for the important work Many Mansions undertakes.  Investment earnings are used each year to support our housing and services programs, benefiting current and future residents.

Gifts of Appreciated Securities and Real Estate
Donations of appreciated stock and real estate can offer significant tax advantages while supporting our mission.  Contact us or your financial planner to see if this option is available to you.

Matching gifts
You can maximize your gifts to Many Mansions because many businesses and companies choose to “match” the contributions of their employees or employee relatives to nonprofit organizations.  In addition, some companies even match the hours you donate to an organization with dollar contributions.  Simply contact your Human Resources department to discover their matching gift policies.

In-kind giving
Many Mansions welcomes in-kind gifts that support its mission and vision for providing hope and homes to families in need.  Examples might include equipment, computer hardware and software, books, school supplies, housing maintenance supplies, and more. These gifts greatly reduce the organization’s spending on necessary year-round operational needs.
